Vijay Babu Appears Before The Ernakulam South Police Station, For His Ongoing Case
As the Kerala High Court has granted anticipatory bail to an actor-producer Vijay Babu who allegedly in the rape case of an actress has been attending events. The actor was seen today appearing before the Ernakulam Town South Police station to interrogate the following the probe officials for the sexual assault case registered against him.
Vijay who is facing charges of allegedly raping an actress and revealing her identity arrives in Kerala after 39 days. He told the media that the truth will prevail and he will prove his innocence.
In a very recent event, the actor Vijay Babu is spotted attending the AMMA meeting. However, the actor-producer who was an executive committee member of the A.M.M.A. had earlier written to the association saying he would stay away until proven innocent.
The Association of Malayalam Movie Artists (A.M.M.A) is an Indian organization of film actors and actresses working in Malayalam cinema, formed in 1994. Vijay got harsh criticism for the attending event. But one must know that everyone charged with a criminal offense shall have the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to the law.
