Taking on new challenges and dangers to protect India from global issues: PM Modi

On Saturday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated that the government is attempting to lessen the impact of the economic issues that many nations around the world are currently experiencing as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak. After presenting 75,000 appointment letters to candidates for government jobs, Modi addressed the “Rozgar Mela” and stated that the Centre is also working on other fronts to maximise the number of job chances for young people.
“It is true that the state of the world is not very good. Numerous sizable economies are in trouble. According to Modi, issues like high unemployment and inflation are at their worst in a number of nations. He said that the pandemic’s aftereffects will not vanish after a hundred days. “However, despite this global crisis, the effects of which are felt worldwide, India is adopting new steps and assuming certain risks to prevent our nation from being impacted by these issues.
“We are making efforts to lessen this effect on our nation. It’s a difficult job, but thanks to your protection up to this point, “Added Modi. 75,000 job applicants received appointment letters earlier this week through email from the prime minister. The 38 ministries or departments of the Indian government will welcome the new hires, who were chosen from around the nation. They will work in Group A and B (gazetted), Group B (non-gazetted), and Group C at various levels of the government.
According to a statement released by the government, appointments are being made for positions in the central armed forces, as well as sub-inspectors, constables, LDCs, stenographers, PAs, income tax inspectors, and MTS. The ministries and departments either carry out these hirings on their own or through hiring organisations like the UPSC, the SSC, and the Railway Recruitment Board. According to the government, the selection procedures have been streamlined and made tech-enabled to facilitate quick hiring. In June, the prime minister requested that various government agencies and ministries hire 10 lakh workers in “mission mode” over the course of the following 18 months.
