For the second day in a row, Bollywood actress Ananya Panday was summoned by the NCB in Mumbai and interrogated for nearly four hours in connection with her alleged WhatsApp chats with Aryan Khan, the son of superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who was detained in a drugs case earlier this month.
However, on Monday, the NCB summoned Ananya Panday once more.
The NCB had summoned Ananya for questioning at 11 a.m. on Friday, but she arrived at the exchange building after a three-and-a-half-hour wait. According to reports, Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede scolded and disciplined Ananya Panday as a result of the delay. Not only that, but Wankhede also informed Ananya that this is not a production house where she can visit at her leisure.
After sunset, women cannot be interrogated by the law. This is why, after a two-and-a-half-hour interrogation on Thursday, the NCB called Ananya for a question-and-answer session on Friday morning. Ananya is being interrogated by the investigative agency, which has a long list of questions for her. However, the actress and her father, Chunky Pandey, arrived at the NCB headquarters about 2:30 p.m. When Ananya arrived in Sameer Wankhede’s cabin for questioning in this situation, he was enraged.
Ananya was chastised for arriving late. ‘You were summoned at 11 a.m., and you are now arriving,’ he remarked. The officials in this room are not waiting for you. This isn’t your production house; it’s the headquarters of a central investigating agency, which you should arrive at the same time as you’re summoned.
