One died, 5 injured in two separate fire incident in Delhi

In two separate fire events in the national capital, a 12-year-old kid was killed and five firefighters were injured.

The first incident occurred on Friday night in the Jafrabad district, when a fire broke out at a mobile shop and an adjacent gas refilling station.

Five fire trucks were dispatched as soon as the information was received.

An LPG cylinder exploded while the firefighters were attempting to contain the surging flames, wounding five of them.

While four firefighters were taken to GTB hospital, another was taken to Max hospital with severe burn injuries.

A fire broke out in the first level of a house in Tomar Colony’s E-block late Friday night, the second occurrence.

Three fire trucks were dispatched when the information was received.

Despite the fact that the fire was extinguished, the injured youngster, Puneeth, died.
