Odisha youth tied to a scooter, dragged on streets for failing to re-paying 1500 rupees

According to reports, a 22-year-old guy was pulled for more than two kilometers on a major road in Cuttack, Odisha, in order to repay 1,500 on time. Police were notified of the situation, and two persons were subsequently apprehended, according to officials on Monday.

The young man, named as Jagannath Behera, reportedly had his hands tied to a 12-foot rope with the other end fastened to a two-wheeler.
