On the founding day of respective states, Prime Minister Narendra Modi greeted the people of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Kerala, and Haryana.
In 1956, additional states were founded based on linguistic grounds: Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, and Kerala.
Haryana was created in 1966, whereas Chhattisgarh was created in 2000 from Madhya Pradesh.
On Twitter, he expressed his best wishes to the people of Andhra Pradesh, saying, “On the state’s Formation Day, greetings to my Andhra Pradesh sisters and brothers. The people of AP are known for their abilities, perseverance, and determination. That is why they have found success in a variety of industries. May the people of AP always be prosperous, happy, and healthy.”
Kerala, which commemorates its founding day as ‘Kerala Piravi Day,’ is renowned for its scenic landscapes and hardworking people, according to Modi, who wished them luck in their endeavours.

The prime minister wished Madhya Pradesh ongoing prosperity on its foundation day, noting that it is rich in natural resources and culture.
He added on Chhattisgarh’s foundation day that the state is famed for its folk songs, dancing, culture, and heritage and that he hoped it will set new standards of achievement.
Greeting the people of Haryana, Modi said the state has kept its traditions and culture and wished for it to continue to set new benchmarks for achievement.
