
Amid the surge in Covid-19 Delta variant cases, many countries have banned Indian travelers. Delta variant being a major concern, many countries imposed restrictions for Indian travelers.
However, with a gradual improvement of Covid-19 cases in the country and a significant drop in Covid-19 cases, many countries have withdrawn restrictions on Indian travelers.
The list of some countries that have eased the Covid- related curbs are as follows:

United Kingdom: The United Kingdom (UK) moved India from its high-alert “red list”.
As per the said rules, fully vaccinated passengers will no longer be obligated to undergo a 10-day hotel quarantine rule. However, on arrival in England, passengers must quarantine at home or in the place they have confirmed as their location for 10 days and take a COVID-19 test on or before day two and on or after day eight.
The United Arab Emirates (UAE): The National Emergency and Crisis Management Authority (NCEMA) stated that the United Arab Emirates will be lifting the Covid-related ban on entry of travelers from India and five other countries from August 5 onwards.
Although restrictions on travel will remain in place, the same will be relaxed for Indians who have a valid residency permit, and are fully vaccinated with both doses. Abu Dhabi’s Etihad Airways has also announced that it will launch flights to New Delhi, Kochi, Chennai, Trivandrum, and Bengaluru from August 7th onwards.

United States of America (USA): The USA has also eased restrictions for Indian travelers. Earlier it had listed India to level 4 the highest level which gradually came down to level 3 following a drop in the Covid-19 cases.
“Your risk of contracting COVID-19 and developing severe symptoms may be lower if you are fully vaccinated with an FDA authorized vaccine. Before planning any international travel, please review the CDC’s specific recommendations for vaccinated and unvaccinated travelers. Reconsider travel to India due to COVID-19. Exercise increased caution due to crime and terrorism.” stated the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as it issued a Level 3 Travel Health Notice for India.

Spain: Spain is also on the list which exempted restrictions on Indian travelers. Citizens from India who wish to travel to Spain must be fully vaccinated. Spain has opened its consular offices, which will enable application visas for the people willing to fly to Spain.
However, Spain has not approved Covaxin, Covishield has been approved by Spain.
The withdrawal of Covid- restrictions from these Countries made the travel lovers fill with extreme joy.
