Assam HS Results: Dhritiraj Bastav Kalita of Deomoroni HS School topped Science Stream

Result of Assam High School 2022 announced on Monday by Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) shows that above 80 per cent of students passed all three streams of Arts, Commerce, and Science. AHSEC’s official data indicates that 83.48% of students passed Arts, 87.26% passed Commerce, and 92.19% passed Science.
A total of 156107 students took the HS exam in the Arts stream, out of which 130324 or 83.48% passed. Cherry Gohain of Women’s College Tinsukia and Sadhana Devi of Kamrupa Girls’ Senior Secondary School have topped the Arts Stream with 487 points.
A total of 33534 students wrote the Science stream exam, with 30915 or 92.19% passing. Dhritiraj Bastav Kalita of Deomoroni HS School topped the Science stream with 491 marks.
In the Commerce track, 15199 students took exams, and 13264 of them passed, or 87.27 percent. Sagar Agarwal of Cachar’s Vivekananda Senior Secondary School took first place in the Commerce category with a score of 482.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma congratulated students after Assam Higher Secondary results, writing on Twitter: Congratulations to those students who completed the HS exams, results of which were announced today. I hope you all keep achieving academic success.
“Those who didn’t perform well, though, shouldn’t give up; instead, they should keep trying. I have no doubt that you will achieve success as well,” he continued.
