Aryan Khan’s case takes another turn as a BJP politician makes shocking charges.

The Aryan Khan drug case is full of twists and turns. As previously reported, the man in charge of the investigation was charged with multiple counts, and now a BJP Mumbai politician, Mohit Kamboj, claims that a “false narrative” is being built around the drugs-on-cruise issue involving Superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan.

He alleges that some Maharashtra ministers are seeking to extort money from Mr. Khan and that the NCP is implicated in the high-profile narcotics issue.

The charges are a “failed attempt to mislead and divert attention away from the truth,” according to NCP leader Nawab Malik. He also added that the next day he will “tell the truth.”

Sunil Patil, an NCP leader close to former state Home Minister Anil Deshmukh, is said to be the brains behind the “scheme” in the case, according to Mr. Kamboj.

“On October 1, Sunil Patil sent a WhatsApp message to Sam D’Souza informing him that he had information on 27 persons about to take illegal drugs at a cruise party and urged Mr. Patil to connect him with someone from the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).

Officer V.V Singh of the anti-drugs agency was then contacted by Mr. D’Souza, who informed him about the sale and consumption of narcotics in the cruise party “he stated Mr. Patil allegedly instructed Mr. D’Souza to get a person named Kiran Gosavi to coordinate with the NCB in the matter, according to him.

Sam D’Souza’s name appears in the drugs-on-cruise case, in which Aryan Khan and several others were arrested and held in custody for nearly three weeks before being released on bail. Mr. D’Souza said in a plea that Kiran Gosavi, a witness in the case whose selfie with Aryan Khan went viral, had collected 50,000 rupees from Shah Rukh Khan’s manager Pooja Dadlani to have Aryan released.

Using the alleged WhatsApp communications as evidence, the BJP leader claims that Mr Gosavi is tied to Sunil Patil, and that NCP politicians close to Mr Patil may be involved in a plot to extort money from Mr Khan and falsely incriminate the BJP in the issue.
