Aryan Khan Was Consuming Drugs For 4 Years; NCB Sources

Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in a drugs case on Sunday.

An NCB team busted a rave party on the Cordelia Cruise ship which was on its way to Goa at mid-sea on Saturday night. Eight persons were detained for questioning by the NCB in the matter, who were later arrested on Sunday.

All the accused, including Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan, Arbaz Seth Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha who had been arrested after they were questioned in the wake of Saturday night’s raid on a cruise ship off Mumbai coast, were sent to further NCB custody till October 7.

The accused were produced in court on Monday. NCB had sought custody for Aryan till October 11. NCB had said that ‘shocking, incriminating material’ was found on Aryan’s phone.

The NCB had earlier said that there was material in the form of WhatsApp chats against the three, The three are booked under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act related to charges of possession, consumption, and sale of illegal substances.

NCB  Sources have said that it has been found that Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was consuming drugs for four years. He was on drugs even during his UK and Dubai stay.

After being arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), Aryan Khan cried inconsolably during the interrogation, said sources.

Aryan Khan has been booked under Sections 27 (punishment for consumption of any narcotic drug or psychotropic substance), 8C (produce, manufacture, possess, sell or purchase of drugs), and other relevant provisions of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS).
