The Bombay High Court granted Aryan Khan bail after three weeks in custody.
Shah Rukh Khan’s 23-year-old son has been detained since the Narcotics Control Bureau raided a cruise ship party on October 3rd (NCB).
Bail was also granted to Aryan Khan’s friend Arbaaz Merchant and model Munmum Dhamecha.
Aryan Khan, who has been held in Mumbai’s Arthur Road jail since October 8, had previously twice been denied bail.
The NCB had earlier also claimed that Aryan was a part of a plot and that his WhatsApp conversations proved his involvement in illegal narcotics trafficking. The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has supposedly presented communications of Aryan Khan discussing drugs during the Mumbai cruise party, leading to the conclusion that the bail plea had earlier been rejected. According to reports, Khan’s conversations with drug dealers were also provided over to the court.
However, Shahrukh Khan’s fans were seen outside his residence celebrating.
The court’s verdict, on the other hand, made supporters immensely happy.
